Where We Started and How We've Grown

Custom Staffing Services began in Evansville, Indiana, way back in 1969 as Evansville Employment Services. Back when the rest of the country was turning on, tuning in, and dropping out, our founders, Sue Ann Noveroske, and Martha C. Bowers, were hard at work placing the right people with the right jobs. And it has paid off! Custom Staffing Services now stands as the largest locally owned recruiting company in the Tristate area. We now have offices in Evansville, IN; Princeton, KY; and Hanson, KY, offering staffing services in Illinois, Indiana, Western Kentucky, and the tri-state area. We specialize in mining, light industrial, and clerical jobs. Custom Staffing provides Illinois, Kentucky and Indiana temp services, temp-to-hire, and direct hire recruiting.
